Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at admin@buyatexpress.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may still be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer laws. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is unworn/unused, in its original packaging, and you provide proof of purchase.
